Exchanges and Returns Policy
- Deadline for Exchanges and Returns: You can request the exchange or return of products within 14 days of receiving the order.
- Conditions for Exchange and Return: To be eligible, the product must be in its original packaging, without signs of use, with all accessories and labels intact. Damaged products or products showing signs of use will not be accepted.

Procedure for Exchange or Return:
- Initial Contact: Contact our customer support via email at info @capilux.com to begin the exchange or return process.
- Authorization: After receiving your request, we will send you an email with detailed instructions and an authorization number for the exchange or return.
- Product Shipping: Send the product back to the address provided, including the authorization number and a copy of the invoice.
- Shipping Costs: Shipping costs for returning the product are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of defect or shipping error. If the exchange is approved, we will send the new product at no additional shipping cost.
Refunds
- Refund Processing: Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of refund approval or rejection.
- Refund Method: If approved, the refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within a few days.
- Deadline for Refund: The time required for the refund to be effective may vary according to the payment method and financial institution.
Exceptions
- Promotional Products: Only regular priced products can be refunded. Promotional products are not eligible for refunds.
- Personalized Items: Personalized or made-to-order products cannot be returned, except in cases of defect or manufacturing error.
